Negative self-talk is self-sabotage and every one at some point will talk down themselves.
Negative self-talk limits our beliefs and prevents us from taking action to eat more healthily and being more active. It also prevents us from believing that we can do something about our body image. By immersing oneself with like-minded people and with guidance and encouragement, we can get to a starting place where we can take certain practical action towards re-constructing our own negative self-image. Come be guided by our Retreat Leader and share with others and learn from each other how to break free from negative self-talk.
