Our fitness classes are based on functional movements and range from beginner to moderate-high intensity interval training, as well as a number of fun additional classes like dancing.

We have designed our movement classes around what we normally do in a given day, like lifting grocery bags or your baby, pushing or pulling a heavy door, having to make sudden lunges to avoid something… All of these daily movements require strength conditioning training. Our movement classes help you maintain and regain strength for your day to day routines and keep you active and strong. We interchange these functional movement classes with variety so expect to have fun!
